Many people ask what the program is and how they can benefit from the Disney Program. My reasoning behind doing the program was that i need something on my resume that stood out. I need that one thing that separates me from everyone else in a working environment. Everyone will have a different reason behind doing the program, but anyone can agree that work experience with a fortune 100 company is impressive. Plus its Disney, what more needs to be said! The perks that come from working for a company like Disney exceed the time that you actually work for them. My next post will focus on the many roles (jobs - also will consist of why Disney uses terms like roles/cast members and such) that Disney has to offer its workers.
